CODE OF CONDUCT

1. PURPOSE OF THE CODE
This Code of Conduct establishes the behavioural standards expected of all individuals associated with Pronunciation with Emma, including students, employees, collaborators, coaches, business partners, and suppliers. Its purpose is to promote an environment of respect, integrity, and professionalism.


2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

This Code is mandatory for anyone who participates in, works for, or collaborates on any activity, course, programme, service, or project related to Pronunciation with Emma.


3. CONDUCT PRINCIPLES

All parties must act with honesty, respect, diligence, and responsibility. Fair, inclusive, and professional behaviour is expected, free from discrimination, harassment, or any form of abuse.


4. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

All participants must respect the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during activities and protect the privacy of personal and academic data belonging to others.


5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USE OF MATERIALS

All materials, methodologies, and content created or shared by Pronunciation with Emma are the exclusive intellectual property of its owner. Reproduction, distribution, or use of such materials without express authorisation is strictly prohibited.


6. INTERACTIONS AND COMMUNICATION

Communication must be respectful, professional, and collaborative. Offensive, aggressive, or inappropriate language will not be tolerated in any context, whether digital or in-person.


7. USE OF PLATFORMS AND RESOURCES

Official channels (such as email, virtual classrooms, or shared tools) must be used solely for educational, professional, or collaborative purposes directly related to authorised activities.


8. COMPLIANCE AND CONSEQUENCES

Failure to comply with this Code may result in formal warnings, restricted access, termination of contracts or collaborations, and, where applicable, legal action.


9. ACCEPTANCE

Participation in any activity organised by Pronunciation with Emma, whether as a student, employee, collaborator, or supplier, implies full and tacit acceptance of this Code.
